Improving the employability of talent over 55 years of age

Every year we contribute to improving the employability of professionals aged 55 and over throughout Spain.

Senior professionals from all over Spain can schedule a telephone interview and receive advice on how to find a job from specialized consultants.
Senior Impulse is an initiative that is part of our Corporate Social Responsibility program (CSR).
In Spain, the unemployment rate of people over 55 years of age is above 40%, and about five points above the European average. The Spanish rate is also above that of advanced OECD countries and has increased by 20% over the last 40 years. For this reason, it is increasingly necessary to take measures to support this part of the working population.

Our aim is to provide practical guidance and support to professionals aged 55 and over, so that they can find job opportunities in line with their skills and experience.

Through telephone interviews, ISPROX recruitment consultants evaluate the profile of the professionals who participate, to tell them where to find vacancies that match their profile and preferences, offer them personalized advice on how to stand out when applying and the opportunity to be included in selection processes of national or international companies managed by the consultancy.
